Koussa mihshi bi laban

ingredients
2 kg of medium-sized koussa (zucchini)
1½ kg of Laban
3 cloves of garlic, crushed with a dash of salt
Leaves of 5 finely chopped mint stalks
4 cups of water
½ teaspoon of salt
½ kg of ground meat
1 ½ cups of rice
2 teaspoons of shortening or butter
A dash of salt
¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
¼ cup of fried pine nuts
preparation
Cook Laban
Wash koussa, cut off stem and hollow them with an apple corer.
Mix all ingredients of filling
Stuff koussa. Put in a pot with water, salt, and 1/4 the quantity of cooked Laban. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes
Add koussa to boiling Laban, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add crushed garlic with dried mint to mixture. Boil for another 5 minutes
Serve with spring onions and fresh mint. Bon Appétit!
